4.Carte banking and bank transfer
The bookable via Elloha.com institutions are paid directly (in whole or in part, according to the payment terms of the establishment set out below) during the booking process with secure online payment means. Payment is made securely from your credit / debit card to the hotel, through a third party payment processor.
For some nonrefundable rates and special offers, please note that the property reserves the right to require payment in advance by credit card and therefore pre-authorize your credit card or levy a certain amount (sometimes without refund) on the same card at the booking. Before making your reservation, please carefully read the description of services and products offered to take notice of such conditions.
5. Cancellation
By making a reservation in a facility, you acknowledge having read and accepted the conditions of cancellation and no-show of the facility, and any additional requirements of that institution can apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and / or products offered by the establishment. The general cancellation and no-show specific to each institution are set out below; they also recalled during the reservation process and in the booking confirmation email. By making a reservation, you agree to receive (i) an e-mail that we will send you before your arrival date in the facility, which will contain information on your destination and relevant offers for your stay (including offers from our partners, if you have agreed to receive them), and (ii) an email which we may send you after your stay in establishment, and invite you to complete our questionnaire scores.
7. Disclaimer
In accordance with the limitations set out in these terms and conditions of use and permitted by law, we can not be held responsible if you have suffered, paid or incurred direct damages can be attributed to a failure of our obligations as part of our services.
